Use multiple accounts
Notate lets you keep more than one account on the same device and move between them whenever you need.
Add and switch accounts
You can add more than one account on the same device and switch between them with the account switcher. Each account’s notes and settings stay separate.
Sign out on the web
In the web app, signing out removes that account’s cached notes from the browser, so nobody using the same computer afterwards can read them. The account stays in the account switcher, marked as needing sign-in.
If you have changes that haven’t synced yet, for example because you were offline, Notate asks before signing out. Stay signed in to let them sync first.
Remove an account
You can remove an account from a device without deleting the account itself. Removing an account from a device is different from deleting your account.
